MassDevelopment - Bond Financing

Tax-exempt and taxable bonds can offer lower rates and flexible terms to finance the purchase, rehabilitation, or construction of manufacturing facilities and new equipment purchases. Learn more

Mass Growth Capital Corp (MGCC) - Financial Products

Offers working capital, loan guarantees, and targeted technical assistance to solve specific financial and operational problems. Learn more

MassDevelopment - Equipment Loan

Loans or bank loan participations up to $2,000,000 for the purchase of new or used equipment. Learn more

MassDevelopment - Working Capital

Manufacturing Term Working Capital Loans up to $500,000 are available to finance reconfiguring operations, upgrades to plant and equipment, product development, new staff, and other costs associated with growth. In addition, Working Capital Loan Guarantees allow banks to make larger working capital loans to manufacturing companies by providing a guaranty of up to 25% of the amount outstanding on a revolving line of credit.
