The Commonwealth’s sixteen workforce investment boards, charged with overseeing and implementing local workforce development initiatives, need your input. These public/private partnerships serve both employers and employees. They collaboratively develop and implement strategies for job readiness and skills advancement.

One-Stop Career Centers can help employers with recruitment and hiring, job matching with potential hires, workforce training grants, and tax credit programs.
